However, to better serve you, we offer three other easy ways to order: call us, mail in your order or fax it in.
By phone (payment by credit card)

By mail (payment by cheque or credit card)
- Print out the Order Form.
- Fill it in.
- Mail it to us (for a subscription, please include 10 post-dated cheques starting on the 1st day of the month before your first Box).
By fax (payment by credit card)
- Print out the Order Form.
